Our Process

Our engineers prepare the bill of materials (sheet size, colors, hardware) and CNC engraving files for your design.
Precise engraving, hand polishing, shaping and assembly. Sample production takes 7-15 days; shipping depends on your location.
Approve the sample, then bulk production runs 20-35 days. Large orders are staged in batches for consistent quality.
Dedicated QC team inspects materials, work-in-progress and finished goods. AQL-based sampling with defect control.
Custom packaging, palletizing and shipping with tracking. We provide packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates.
